Shipping Information: 

ALL of the products on Fitness Edge Exercise Equipment- Hawaii will offer free shipping!
We have built any additional surcharges to get the items across the Pacific, into the displayed price. This applies to the Island of Hawaii, O'ahu, Maui, and Kauai!
*If you are located on Lanai or Molokai specifically, we will need to arrange an additional charge to get your items from the other islands, to you. We will contract with Young Brothers to facilitate this extra route.*
All of these products will ship from CA, taking on average 14 days to make their way to the Islands once they leave CA. All larger, LTL shipments will ship with DHX, and smaller items will ship USPS. 
Please pay attention to the "Availability" field at the product level to see the estimated time it will take to get from our various manufacturers to CA. This timeframe will vary from product to product, and brand to brand. 
We take a lot of pride in our communciation when it comes to logisitcs, so we will be giving our customers exact ETA's on their newly purchased equipment as soon as we have confirmation from our manufacturers on ship-out dates.

DHX Truck Shipments:

 

Large and or heavy items will not be able to ship parcel service and will require the use of DHX.
 
The delivery truck will stop at the curb. The delivery service we are providing to you is curbside to curbside only which means the driver only has to bring your items off of the lift-gate and down to the curb. Most drivers in the trucking industry will assist most customers, out of politeness, to at least get your items moved a few feet into your driveway or garage, but there is still no guarantee of this.
 
If you are in need of any "special" services; loading it into your garage or home, long carries, assembly / installation etc. there will be additional charges and these services have to be arranged and paid in advance before the driver comes out for your appointment time. Each carrier performs these services a bit differently so it is imperative that you contact Fitness Edge immediately, pay for any "special" services in advance, so we may in turn pre-authorize the carrier that your delivery will include other services above and beyond the standard curbside to curbside delivery.
 
The delivery company will contact you to set up a delivery date. Residential customers must be home to sign for the shipment. It is the customers responsibility to provide a working phone number so that the carrier can schedule a delivery. If because of a non working phone number or no returned calls by the customer to schedule delivery, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. Due to the high cost involved with the shipping of large or heavy items it will be the customers responsibility for the shipping charges both ways for a non delivered order going back to the warehouse. The same charges will accrue if for some reason the customer decides to cancel or refuse delivery once the order has already been shipped. Also if you are unable to be home the day of delivery, then pick-up at the carrier's local terminal may be necessary.
